Method
- Engine:
agent.mjs, the same code as the free Agent-Ready Check. Score formula: Access 45, Discovery 25, Understanding 20, Agent tools 10; a pass counts fully, a warning half. - Each site got its home page plus the files an agent looks for: robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap, up to 3 sign-up/login/contact links, and /.well-known agent cards. One site at a time, 3 seconds apart, run 2026-11-02 10:45 to 2026-11-02 11:28 UTC.
- Our agent sends its own name, never another bot's, never submits a form and never solves a captcha.
- Every "no" and "blocked" was checked again by hand against the live URL. A rate limit (HTTP 429) or a busy server is shown as "could not read", not as a fail.
- llms.txt and agent files are read on the home domain only; where a company serves them on a docs subdomain, the row says so.
- "AI answer bots" are the 6 fetchers that open a page when a person asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Blocking training bots is a fair choice and costs no points.
