Agent-Ready Check · data from 2026-11-02

Is my website AI agent friendly? What 36 new launch pages showed

Site owners ask whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can use their site. We have a check for that, so we ran it on 36 freshly launched product pages (a mix of two launch directories, read on 2026-11-02) and counted. The sites are not named: this is about what is common, not who is wrong.

The counts

What an agent meetsPages
Serve a real llms.txt26 of 36
Publish any agent capability file (MCP card, OpenAPI, agents.json, api-catalog, A2A card or AGENTS.md)4 of 36
Put a captcha, bot check or Google-only login on the sign-up path2 of 36
Block AI answer bots (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity search and user agents) in robots.txt0 of 36
Home page answered our agent with a server error (not a bot wall)1 of 36
No JSON-LD structured data6 of 36
Score 100 of 10015 of 36
Median score (lowest 73)96 of 100

Numbers are computed from the run's own JSON, not typed. Caveat: these are makers who list on agent-friendly launch directories, so the llms.txt share is higher than on the web at large. Read it as "new launch pages", not "the web".

What it means for your site

The free Agent-Ready Check runs the same engine on your address: robots.txt rules for 12 AI bots, llms.txt, bot walls and captchas, text that only appears after JavaScript, JSON-LD, and a 0-100 score with the formula shown. No sign-up.
